La Casa Cappellina is a private villa with pool located in the hills just outside Cortona and is rented directly from the owners and managed by local staff.

We aim to provide an authentic experience with newly refreshed interiors, luxury bed linens, and wrought-iron beds with new Hypnos mattresses and furniture, all in keeping with this robust yet cosy farmhouse. Air-conditioning is provided in the two double bedrooms.

The villa is well equipped with outdoor furniture, an al fresco dining area, a barbecue, and a fully equipped kitchen (the owners are enthusiastic cooks).
