What You Can Expect
During your stay at La Casa Cappellina, you can expect to be undisturbed, but some essential maintenance may occur from time to time, such as grass cutting, pool monitoring twice a week and other essential garden jobs, but these will be carried out without the need for any intervention on your part. Marialena will advise you when the gardener is expected, and the pool maintenance is carried out in the early morning or evening.
Upon arrival, this is what you can expect:
Arrival meet & greet and house tour at check-in
Spotlessly clean house and fresh linen (we work to a very high standard) using a professional cleaning company.
Basic kitchen stocks, including tea and coffee, condiments, spices and some dried foods (not re-supplied during stay)
Herbs from the garden (you are welcome to pick flowers as well).
3 x 1.5 l Sparkling & 3 x 1.5 l Still Bottled water (not re-supplied during stay)
Honesty Bar with price list (Gin, Whisky, Aperol, Vodka, Selection of local Wine, Prosecco, Champagne)
Complimentary toiletries by Wildsmith
Kitchen cleaning products and kitchen linen
1 set of fresh table linen for 6 people
Access to laundry facilities (products not supplied), washing machine & separate dryer - for specialist cleaning services, we recommend Lavanderia Etruria in Camucia.
If you’re staying for more than one week, then house cleaning (usually 4 hrs during the day) will occur on the first Friday after arrival, including a complete change of linen.
If you require additional food to be stocked prior to arrival, this can be arranged for a small extra charge plus costs. Local mini-market “Lunguini’ is just 2.5 km from the house on the way to Camucia and has an excellent butcher, deli counter, bread, fruit & veg and basic food supplies.
During your stay, the House Manager (Marialena) can be contacted for urgent issues or emergencies.
