The 2025/ 2026 olive harvest campaign was a low yield year throughout Tuscany but the quality of the oil is very high. It has a peppery and slightly bitter initial taste, indicating its high level of polyphenol content, with their associated health benefits and then develops a fruity notes, leaving the mouth clean without an aftertaste. Made exclusively from our olives, harvested at La Casa Cappellina in October 2025. It is best consumed before October 2027. Ideal for finishing dishes and using in ‘raw’ state as a dressing or in pestos and sauces.
